6-month Junior Consultant Internship

About the role

Eurofins is looking for a motivated intern to join the Group Process Transformation and Digitalisation team at its Brussels headquarters. Over a six‑month period you will support internal consulting projects that streamline, re‑engineer and digitise key business processes across the Eurofins network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining project objectives, deliverables and timelines together with process owners and key users.
• Analyse current processes, identify strengths, weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Document target processes and support their digitalisation in collaboration with the in‑house IT team.
• Help define functional requirements, follow development, and ensure solutions are fully operational.
• Participate in change‑management activities, including communication plans, user training and rollout of new tools.
• Monitor the deployed processes and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic student ready to work on multiple transformation projects under the guidance of an Internal Consultant and a Project Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder interaction and training.
