Solutions Architect – Gaming Technology

About the role

Gaming1 is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions for its land-based and online gaming operations. The role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic architectural vision, ensuring that software products meet business requirements while adhering to enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document end-to-end architectures that align with business goals and operational constraints.
• Translate functional requirements into modular, iterative components and guide their delivery.
• Validate and challenge technical implementations from internal teams or external partners to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Embed performance, security, scalability and reliability considerations throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Identify and reduce technical debt, run proofs of concept, and evolve architectural guidelines and reference patterns.

Required profile

• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design complex, multi-platform solutions that operate in production.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical execution, acting as a mentor and technology strategist.
• Mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation and architectural excellence.

Required skills

• C# and .NET development.
• Design and integration of APIs, Web Services, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Advanced database modeling and optimized SQL queries.
