Senior Global Assignment Consultant

About the role

Sirva is seeking a Senior Global Assignment Consultant to support corporate clients in managing international employee relocations. You will act as the primary coordinator for assignees, ensuring seamless delivery of assignment management services in line with client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of assignment management services, including policy counseling, destination services, household goods shipping, intercultural support, visa/immigration, ongoing assignment support, and repatriation.
• Interpret client policies to provide tailored advice to assignees and manage assignment‑related expenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments and Global Certified Providers to guarantee a high‑quality assignee experience.
• Partner with Account Management for client goal achievement, quarterly/annual reviews, reporting, and process improvement recommendations.
• Lead weekly client meetings, act as liaison with client HR contacts, and handle exception management.
• Provide status updates, resolve issues, complete client projects/reports, and manage GAC workload.
• Train new GACs on client‑specific elements and serve as the first escalation point for service‑related issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of direct relocation experience.
• Strong knowledge of international assignment management and global business practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain consistent practices across accounts.
