Senior Designer – Local Market Creative Assets

About the role

Gaming1, a leading international gaming operator, is expanding its Brand Operations team in Liège. As a Senior Designer you will create and adapt visual assets for CRM, acquisition, loyalty and brand campaigns across the Belgian market, ensuring every touch‑point is engaging and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adapt campaign assets for digital channels such as email, banners, social media, onsite pages and push notifications.
• Localise multi‑market campaigns while respecting brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Maintain quality, consistency and technical accuracy of all delivered assets.
• Collaborate with Local Marketing, Central Digital, Brand and the Art Director throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Challenge briefs, propose creative solutions and improve templates, workflows and asset libraries.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and AI‑assisted design tools.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, branding and digital production.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and pay close attention to detail.
• Proactive, creative and solution‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Professional command of Dutch and good English; knowledge of the online gaming industry is a plus.
