Marketing Project Manager

About the role

You will lead the coordination and execution of high‑impact marketing design and digital initiatives for a fast‑paced, globally distributed team. The role focuses on turning concepts into launch‑ready assets while ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and development stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing design projects, from intake and planning through launch and post‑delivery follow‑up.
• Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables and priorities, communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate workflows between Marketing, Product and Development teams to keep objectives aligned.
• Translate technical and product requirements into actionable briefs for design and marketing teams.
• Monitor progress, proactively identify risks or blockers, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Oversee website launches, digital updates, landing pages and CMS‑related activities.
• Develop processes, templates and documentation to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex design workflows and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience leading website launches and digital product initiatives.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Comfortable working fully remote in an international team environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
