About the role
NTU International is seeking a Junior Project Officer / Research Analyst to support the implementation of the EU‑funded Cooperation Facility in Lesotho. The role will involve analytical, research and operational tasks on a short‑term, on‑demand basis during the 48‑month project period.
Key responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support to technical assignments.
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data, and prepare technical documentation.
- Support coordination of missions, reporting and project implementation.
- Assist with monitoring activities and stakeholder engagement.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, research and analytical support.
- Experience in development cooperation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with EU‑funded projects is a plus.
