About the role
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver hands‑on assistance to end users, manage incidents and service requests, and contribute to local IT projects within a global organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
- Deploy, upgrade and refresh laptops and PCs.
- Support local IT projects and technology roll‑outs.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure and support teams.
- Maintain accurate ticketing and documentation.
- Participate in an on‑call support rotation.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Service Delivery.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
