Assistant Store Manager

About the role

Join Samsonite, a global leader in travel luggage, as an Assistant Store Manager in Zaventem. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing the store within budget.
• Provide customers with an outstanding shopping experience and maintain high service standards.
• Support staff training, coaching, motivation, and development.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and compliance with health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Flexible to work shifts and weekends.
• Strong client orientation with excellent communication in English.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and stay informed on market trends.

Required skills

• Up‑to‑date product knowledge of Samsonite travel accessories.
• Ability to apply sales standards and use technical product information to increase sales.
